RMG are the agents appointed by the estate management company who are responsible for, amongst other things, the collection upkeep of the estate’s communal grounds. All homeowner residents pay an annual service charge for these services.
All homeowners on the estate are leaseholders, with shared ownership of the residents management company and voting rights for which residents serve as estate directors to manage it. You can email RMG directly here.
RMG are commissioned by the estate management company, and in turn they collect the service charge from all property owners and allocate those funds to manage the estate. This involves maintaining the communal areas, and paying for any contractors or services needed (such as financial or legal).
