Estate Directors

We are all members of the Agecroft Management Company Ltd., just like any other homeowner on the estate. By becoming directors though, we’ve put ourselves forward to help manage the estate. It means attending a few meetings each year to discuss groundswork and maintenance priorities and basically making sure RMG – our management agent – gives us a good value-for-money service.

Please see the document below that outlines the responsibilities of the estate directors in full:

We always welcome residents who want to become an Estate Director, so please get in touch if you would like to join us. (Note: This email account is not monitored daily, so please bear that in mind when awaiting a response).

Who we are

Simon Nutt

My wife and I moved to the estate in 2014 in search of a decent sized home for our growing family. We’ve loved living here ever since. The community always seems ready and able to lend a hand, or a “thing” we need to borrow. Our children have also made lots of friends who live on the estate, and the central playground is a massive benefit.

The easy access to green spaces is also a big plus for such an urban location, such as Drinkwater Park (with its walking and cycle routes), and the Irwell river’s foot & cycle paths. I have certainly valued the easy dog-walking routes around here when I get the chance to work from home.

I became a director so I could help and contribute in a small way to the community who have been so welcoming and friendly to my family and me over the years. I have also been known to run the occassional online quiz on our estate Facebook page, which was a lot of fun.
